Shipping Times and Terms

 

ATTENTION: COLORADO CUSTOMERS: Free shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) will only be available for P.O. Box deliveries.  USPS will not deliver packages to personal addresses.  For personal addresses deliveries, customers will need to select the UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping option with an additional rate fee at checkout, before final payment.

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.                                                      

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1) Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

The manufacturers and/or distributors process the orders, which takes an additional 2–7 days.                                                 

2) Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–18 business days.  U.S. orders are shipped by ePacket, USPS, DMS or FedEx.   After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 18 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

 

Lost packages need to be reported within 15 days, in order to be reimbursed or redelivered.  NaturAmericas Market will only replace lost items one time.
